Why Litefirm
Built around your sale, not around selling you work.
Owners are told to clean up their numbers, document their processes and reduce key-person risk before they sell. Understanding the advice is easy. Knowing which of it a buyer will actually pay for, and getting it done inside a busy company, is the hard part.
That's the work we do.
The buyer's lens
Most improvement work is done without the buyer in mind. Ours starts from what buyers look for, pay for and discount, because the same firm may later sell the business. When it is time to sell, the sale runs through Synergy Business Brokers and its network of over 40,000 active buyers.
Highest value first
We don't fix everything. We rank the changes by what they add to your sale price against what they cost, and we start at the top.
If nothing is worth doing, we say so.
Operators, not advisors
Each change gets the right person: an operator, a finance lead, a systems or AI specialist, or a sales leader we know and trust, part-time or full-time. They work inside your business until the change sticks, and their pay is tied to results.
Paid at the sale
Our model is built around the eventual sale, not around selling you more improvement work.
If the business later sells through our firm, the success fee can reimburse some or all of the agreed improvement cost.
